Cancelation Policy

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Any Cooking experience with OliFoodie can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and 50% will be refunded to user. Cancelation done in less than 24 hours of the your Cooking Experience purchase start time, will be 100% refunded to your designated bank account. Please know that any cancellation after 24 hours of a cooking Experience starting time cannot be refunded. We like to let our guests understand why:

Our chefs reserve their time for your desired chosen date and time. That means they turn away all other Experiences requests for that day and time. When a Cooking Experience is cancelled, it means they lose wages for that day and within a short window of time, it's likely those wages will not be recovered. We hope you understand and we here to serve you the best we can so this Cooking Experience with us remains memorable forever.

Code Of conduct

Guests should conduct themselves with respect toward the chef. Any misconduct can resume to account suspension .

In case of complaint, guest can report issues to us and we will handle them  professionally .

Contact number, email or other cannot be exchange during or after the cooking experience.
